If you are planning on doing any exterior work to your home and/or property, you are required to get approval from the Board/ACC Committee.  Failure to obtain prior approval will incur you an automatic $250 reminder fee and any additional costs required to rectify/modify the changes completed without approval.  Please direct all communications to the Board at board@abbottsrunhoa.com.
